Service Description

We appreciate your interest in our services. Use the booking calendar to schedule a free 30-minute introductory call. Complete the intake form to help us understand your needs, goals, and challenges. During the introductory call, we will assess your needs, compatibility to work together, and commitment to a personalized coaching sessions, consultation or training. We look forward to our discussion.


Cancellation Policy

Welcome! We are glad to work with you on your personal and professional development. Please take a moment to review our coaching policies to ensure a smooth and productive experience. Confidentiality: Your privacy and trust are important to us. All information shared during coaching sessions will remain confidential, except in situations required by law (such as when there is a risk of harm to yourself or others). Release of Information: Clients must request a release form if they want their coach to share information from their coaching sessions with an outside party. Accountability and Engagement: We ask you to participate fully and engage throughout the coaching process to get the best results. Be ready to take action, reflect, and stay open to change. Booking and Payment: To book a coaching session, you must pay in advance. After you book, you will receive a confirmation email. Complete the payment to secure your spot. Cancellation and Rescheduling: We understand that life happens! Clients are responsible for rescheduling or canceling coaching sessions. The coach may bill for missed meetings unless a 48-hour notice is given. No-shows count as sessions in the coaching package and are not reimbursed, except for emergencies. Session Duration: All sessions are expected to begin at the agreed time. Any session that starts after this time due to late arrival cannot be extended beyond the usual agreed-upon finish time. Refunds: We do not give refunds for completed sessions. If you are unhappy with your coaching experience, please get in touch with us to share your concerns. We want to support your growth and will work with you to find a solution. Pausing Coaching for Psychological Services: Psychological needs may arise in coaching. If necessary, clients can pause sessions to address these needs or seek therapy alongside coaching. It’s important to discuss any questions or feelings about the coaching process with the coach. Termination of coaching relationship: Either the client or the coach may terminate the Coaching Period without liability by providing at least two weeks' written notice. The client shall pay the coach for services rendered until the end of the Coaching Period, after which all client obligations will cease. By booking a session, you accept these terms and conditions.
